Roger is the Founder and Director of AGAPE. He has a Master in Divinity, and has helped many people navigate through life’s struggles through The Gospel.

Roger has also served as a Chaplain for the U.S. Army responsible for the spiritual care of over 500 soldiers.
Roger has also served as a Long Term Care and Hospice Chaplain for over 12 years. Roger is accustomed to working with residents and families in Assisted Livings, Nursing Homes and Independent Livings.
Roger has also earned 4.5 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), giving him specialized training in providing spiritual counseling and support in several hospital and clinical settings.
While working at the Veterans Administration hospital, Roger cared for patients in the critical care, surgery, palliative care/hospice, substance abuse domiciliary, and long term care units.
Roger has specialized training in post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) pastoral care; starting and leading grief support groups; working with disabled and returning veterans; and working with patients in substance abuse recovery.
Roger has worked closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers.
Roger has also served as the Director of Congregational Care for a 200+ member church. In this role, he was responsible for all of the church's pastoral counseling needs including: developing and managing all support group ministries (AA, NA, Divorce Care), creating support groups, creating a lay counseling team, preaching, and visitation and hospital ministry, and has served as the Lead Pastor of a church in New York.
Roger attended Reformed Theological Seminary and Regent School of Divinity,
Where he obtained a Master of Divinity, and he is also a distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Roger has worked as a management consultant for several Fortune 100 companies, so he understands the corporate culture and the challenges employees often encounter, so all of our workshops can be deployed in your corporate setting as well,
Roger is an avid Pastor, Biblical Coach, Preacher, Teacher, and Chaplain. Not only is Roger passionate about Discipleship, he also loves learning and applying truths from the Bible to every day life; teaching and preaching at local area churches; going to the beach; and watching movies.
