Roger is the Executive Director of AGAPE Life. AGAPE Life is a Ministry of Deep Discipleship and Healing. AGAPE hosts weekly Retreats on Intimacy with God on zoom, monthly Satuday Retreats, and provides Bible-based Life Coaching so that people can Live and Walk in Intimacy with God!
Roger has a Masters in Divinity, with studies from Reformed Theological Seminary and Regent School of Divinity, concentrating on Counseling, and is a graduate of The United States Military Academy. Roger has helped many people navigate through life’s struggles through The Gospel, and has served in several pastoral roles, to include:

Pastor Steve King served as the Senior Pastor at Cherrydale Baptist Church in Arlington, VA from 1983 to 2019, and Senior Pastor Emeritus from 2019-2022. Steve has a passion to make disciples who love God and people above all else. He hosted Renewing Hope on WAVA 105.1 FM for 26 years, led the Band of Shepherds pastors' fellowship for 30 years, served on the board of Pioneers International for 26 years, was on the leadership team of One Heart DC and is a lecturer and writer for the C.S. Lewis Institute. He is author of Beware of the Slow Leaks-eight ways ministry leaders can thrive and finish strong (Salem Books). Steve holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Western Seminary (MDiv). He's married to MaeBelle for 52 years, and they have two married sons, Joshua and Caleb and granddaughter, Elise.
Board of Advisors
Mike came to Christ in his college years. Mike was discipled in the Navigators at the The Citadel. Mike was Active Duty in the United States Air Force '76-'85, and then in the United States Air Force Reserves from '86-'06, and retired as a Colonel. In 1985 Mike joined Navigators Staff and served at military bases as a missionary in California, then England, and has been serving at the United States Naval Academy since 2002! Mike earned a Masters degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Luther Rice Seminary in 2003. Mike has a passion for making disciples who make disciples!
